Service Excellence is a multi-functional, centralised service that sits within Housekeeping Accommodation. It’s directly accountable for a range of key operational tasks and activities, and your input in this Division will have a visible and measurable impact on the continuing delivery of a high-quality guest experience.
HOUSEKEEPER / CLEANER– SERVICE EXCELLENCE | £11.60 per hour
This role involves carrying out cleaning duties in our accommodation units, this could include stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping patios. You will also be liaising with our guests to ensure swift service recovery to aid a memorable stay as well as the preparation and upkeep of zone bases after change over days.
HOURS OF WORK
This is a part-time role, working 48 hours per 4 week period. Shifts will typically be Mondays and Fridays only from 15:30 to 22:00

You don’t need any experience in cleaning as full training will be provided and you will be surrounded by a supportive team.
