Resourcing Coordinator (fixed-term)

RESOURCING COORDINATOR (FIXED-TERM) | £25,600 per annum

Hybrid role with 2 days office-based and 3 days home-working.

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until June 2026.

As a Forest House Resourcing Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of the recruitment journey for our candidates. Your main focus will be sifting and telephone screening applicants to ensure they align with our selection criteria. Then, using your fantastic people skills, you'll provide a great candidate journey and ensure excellent communication throughout the recruitment process.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Sifting candidates and conducting screening calls to assess suitability, ensuring a positive experience for every applicant
  • Supporting various recruitment campaigns by posting job adverts on our ATS and external job boards, moderating content on our careers social media pages and producing job offers and employment contracts
  • Inputting and handling confidential and sensitive data and updating and maintaining documents, spreadsheets and logs

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be our ATS Superuser, managing system changes and offering first-line support for ATS-related queries for all users. You'll also take part in various projects, support with reporting, build and maintain candidate talent pools and ensure all recruitment activities align with our company values and best practices, including our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience working within an HR / Recruitment team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills with experience of using Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work to deadlines, KPI's and SLA's
  • Confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to multitask and work at pace
  • A team player with a passion for delivering results

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience of using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Previous contact centre / customer service experience

HOURS OF WORK

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until June 2026.

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
