ASSISTANT BI & INSIGHTS ANALYST

We’re looking for an Assistant BI & Insights Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team - helping us make smarter, data-led decisions that drive continuous improvement across our villages.
In this varied and engaging role, you’ll work closely with BI Insight Partners to support data gathering, reporting and insight delivery across key areas of the business, including Leisure, Guest Experience, Accommodation, and Food, Beverage & Retail (FBR).
You’ll play a hands-on role in extracting and validating data, identifying trends, and helping the wider team answer big questions through clear, visual analysis – including developing and maintaining dashboards that support smarter decision making and effective data visualisation.
Whether you're writing SQL queries, working with large datasets in Excel, or creating clear visual insights with Qlik, you’ll be a valued part of the team - helping us turn data into action that makes a difference.
As our Assistant BI & Insights Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office-based and home-working.
