OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN | Circa £27,500 per annum
We’re looking for an Occupational Health Technician to join our on-site First Aid and Occupational Health Centre – a friendly team that supports colleague health across the village.
You’ll be a vital link in our Occupational Health service - bringing people, systems and activities together to support colleague wellbeing in a safe, professional environment. You’ll help deliver essential health surveillance and screening services - including hearing and vision checks, blood pressure monitoring and respiratory assessments - and make sure everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.
You’ll also be involved in planning and promoting wellbeing initiatives, supporting flu clinics, managing stock and equipment and acting as a first point of contact for Occupational Health queries.
Key responsibilities as Occupational Health Technician include:
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis, this means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. These shifts will fall between 8am and 6pm and will include working some Saturday weekends.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
