ABOUT THE ROLE

FOOD & BEVERAGE SYSTEMS COORDINATOR | £25,600 per annum

Hybrid role with both office and homeworking

An opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Systems Coordinator to join our Forest House Operations team.

Reporting to the F&B Central Support Manager and working within a small team, this is a varied role working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders with responsibility for maintaining the UK and Ireland F&B Saffron Catering Management system and internet Wellbeing Portals. Other responsibilities will include:

  • System administration of F&B product supply into Center Parcs
  • Liaising with suppliers in the UK and Ireland
  • Working collaboratively with village and Forest House teams to ensure compliance with allergen and calorific legislation
  • Supporting F&B village teams to maintain operating standards
  • Continuously improving system and operational efficiencies
  • General administration and housekeeping of the system to maintain the integrity of the system data

This role will also work closely with both the Menu Innovation and EPOS teams on menu development. Configuring the system and aligning it with the EPOS system to ensure accurate allergen and calorific data, stock management control and reporting in preparation for new menu launches.

The successful candidate will have a high level of computer literacy, analytical skills and a methodical approach to their work. Strong organisational skills are also required along with the ability to plan and prioritise their workload in a challenging, reactive environment.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest end time is 7pm.

Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office and homeworking.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • A high level of computer literacy and analytical skills with a methodical approach to working
  • Microsoft Excel skills – intermediate level user
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload in a challenging reactive environment
  • Detail orientated with good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels, verbally and in writing
  • A well organised individual with previous experience within an administrative or systems role

Desirable requirements:

  • Knowledge of the 14 listed allergens and an understanding of allergen legislation
