Hours of Work: 14 hours per week

Are you an experienced Graphic Design and Illustrator Coordinator looking to utilise this skill set within a thriving learning environment? Then why not join us within the School of Visual Arts where you will supervise and coordinate a range of short courses within the graphic design and illustration area. Working with the Head of Programme, you will contribute to the design and success of a distinctive and high-quality programme.  You will support tutors with curriculum developments and quality of the provision as well as monitoring and supporting with any student related matters.

  • Up-to-date knowledge, enthusiasm, and interest for the relevant subject areas as well as a qualification relevant to the subjects being taught and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of developing and managing courses and curriculum in an adult education setting.
  • Previous experience of creating a vibrant and dynamic learning environment to enable students to achieve both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Effective communication across multiple stakeholders and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience of effectively leading a team of Tutors, ensuring people have the right skills and knowledge and supporting them to maintain and improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.
