The Opportunity

We're looking for a CRM Executive to support the delivery of the Digital CRM strategy across a range of channels including, but not limited to; Email, Push Message, Onsite and App Messages, CRM Ads and SMS. With the customer always at the heart, you will develop engaging response-led communications to all customer clusters, creating a seamless customer journey across channels that drives revenue and customer loyalty to the CT brand. You will be responsible for Digital CRM campaign briefs end-to-end across all customer segments, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time with strong attention to detail.

This role is offered on a temporary basis, to cover a period of maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities

Digital CRM & Email Marketing

  • Brief and manage end-to-end multi-channel Digital CRM campaigns for UK and international territories in line with marketing plan and trading calendars
  • Work alongside the Digital CRM Manager, Ecommerce and Creative teams to plan content and messaging across Digital CRM channels to ensure consistency between customer touchpoints and alignment across wider marketing channels. Use insight-driven data to help steer content to increase customer engagement and retention and meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Creative team by feeding back on the design and messaging of Digital CRM campaigns, whilst working closely with the Head of CRM and Digital CRM Manager on the sign off process
  • Build all Emails and CRM campaigns in the relevant marketing platforms. Use a keen eye for detail to check and test all final campaigns to ensure they are error free before reaching customers. Ensure delivery of all campaigns in a timely manner, keeping a close eye on progress across teams
  • Support the delivery of broader customer focused lifecycle campaigns and email content personalisation strategy
  • Support the delivery of core work streams & Digital CRM customer journey strategies
  • Assist with maintaining, optimising and growing the trigger campaign strategy and building customer segments within the ESP platform (Emarsys)
  • Support the delivery of the Digital CRM testing plan by feeding in ideas, collating and analysing results and making recommendations on next steps
  • Support in the planning and delivery of the app and mobile strategy, including Push Messages, In-app, SMS and Mobile Inbox
  • Co-ordinate internal key stakeholder and wider team relationships (Creative, Buying & Merchandising, Contact Centre)
  • Monitor IP health and email deliverability using appropriate platforms and metrics and producing monthly reports
  • Stay up to date with competitors and industry trends, providing weekly updates to highlight changes in the market

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re passionate about finding someone who brings a blend of experience, curiosity, and drive. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of CRM experience, ideally within a fast-paced, omnichannel retail environment
  • Working knowledge of customer marketing platforms and segmentation
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with agility and accuracy in a fast-paced trading environment
