At Dale Care, we're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Out Of Hour Care Coordinator. As a vital part of our Teesside team, you'll play a crucial role in managing our multi-line switchboard, handling queries from carers, service users, and external bodies. This position isn't solely home-based; it also involves office-based work.

Essential requirements:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Experience managing a busy workload
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to analyse situations and make timely decisions

Desirable:

  • Call centre experience
  • Previous experience in the care sector
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Capacity to remain calm under pressure

Salary:

Weekends: £14.50 per hour

Hours of work:

  • weekend on and weekend off Early and Late Shift
