Location: Opportunities available in Crook, Willington, Stanhope, Ferryhill, Spennymoor, Newton Aycliffe, Stanley, Brandon and surrounding areas
Pay: £13.40 per hour plus mileage at £0.30 per mile

You will benefit from grouped visits, structured shift patterns and minimal gaps between calls, helping you stay energised and focused throughout your shift. You will also receive your rota in advance and work within a small, local area, giving you more time for yourself outside of work.

About the role
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver compassionate, person-centred care to older adults across Durham, helping them live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
Your day will include:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks
- Food shopping
- Companionship and emotional support
No experience is needed. We provide all the training and support you need to feel confident and fulfilled in your role.
What you need
- A full UK driving licence, your own car and business insurance is desirable but not a requirement
- The right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time)
- Ability to work AM and PM shifts, including alternate weekends
- Good English communication skills
