Care Assistant (South Tyneside - Guaranteed Hours)
HOME CARE ASSISTANT – FLEXIBLE SHIFTS, GUARANTEED HOURS, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, APPLY TODAY!
Location: Boldon, South Shields and Fellgate (NE32, NE33, NE34 and NE35)
Salary: £15.58 per hour, plus mileage paid at 30p per mile.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential
UK Driving License and own vehicle are essential
Four Weekly Shift Pattern As Below:
Week One & Week Three working Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Week Two & Week Four working Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Shift Times are 07:00am to 13:30pm

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across South Shields, Boldon and Fellgate helping them regain independence in their own homes.
Your duties include:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks
- Food shopping
- Companionship and emotional support
No experience needed – full training provided!
What We Are Looking For
- Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
- Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
- Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
- Good English communication skills
