Derby College Group (DCG) are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Exams Assistant to join our dedicated team based at our iconic Roundhouse Campus to help create a smooth, professional, and positive exam experience for thousands of learners every year.

The Opportunity

As an Exams Assistant, no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced and rewarding environment, supporting the successful delivery of examinations and assessments across college sites. You will work closely with staff and students, coordinating key processes, playing an important role in keeping things running smoothly. About you

We're looking for someone who is positive, detail-focused, and passionate about providing excellent service. Somone who enjoys working as part of a team, has strong organisational and administrative skills, confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems, has excellent attention to detail and accuracy, is able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment and will enjoy building positive relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.

Experience in examinations administration or knowledge of awarding body regulations would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. If you have the right attitude, transferable skills, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
