The Opportunity
As a Work Experience and Progression Mentor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the careers of students enrolled in T Level courses in Electrical and Plumbing. You will provide invaluable guidance, support, and industry insights, helping students gain practical experience and prepare for successful careers in their chosen fields.

About you
You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, and to be able to work collaboratively with students, employers, curriculum, and other college teams and colleagues to provide a range of appropriate and meaningful work experience opportunities that have value and meet the needs of students and employers.
