Derby College Group (DCG) have a brilliant opportunity to join our Learning support team as a Learning Support Coordinator for our Pathways provision. The Opportunity

As a Learning Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient running, daily management, deployment, and quality assurance of the Learning Support Assistant staff within the specialist Pathways curriculum. This role is pivotal for the efficient running of the Learning Support Assistants within Pathways. You will work closely with the manager, your staff and teachers, to ensure that the diverse support needs of students are met.

About you

You will have proven ability to analyse difficult situations, identify / recommend constructive solutions and implement them effectively. You will have experience of supporting learners and have knowledge of frameworks, regulations and requirements of the sector and how these relate to the role
