Derby College Group (DCG) have a brilliant opportunity for a Personal Development Coordinator to join our incredible team. This role will include working across all our campuses. The Opportunity

In this key role, you will lead the development, coordination, and delivery of college-wide tutorial materials and activities focused on personal development. Covering essential topics such as safeguarding, Prevent, healthy relationships, careers, and digital literacy, you will help equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive both academically and personally. You will manage a team of Personal Development Trainers and deliver weekly sessions, contributing to a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.

About you

You are a highly organised and effective communicator, confident in working with both internal teams and external stakeholders. With experience delivering personal development topics such as safeguarding, Prevent, PSHE, and healthy relationships, you can design responsive and engaging content tailored to students' needs. You collaborate well across departments and have worked with community organisations to enhance the student experience through volunteering and social action. You hold a Level 3 Award in Education and hold a MHFA certification.
