Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting a Land Based Apprenticeship Co-Ordinator for a range of apprenticeship standards at Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4, delivered within Land based both onsite at Broomfield Hall and with local employers in the D2N2 region. The Opportunity

Within this role you’ll lead, plan and support the team manager, assessors and employers in ensuring timely achievements within land-based apprenticeships. You’ll also support assessors with student recruitment and positive engagement with employers, ensuring accurate and up to date information is maintained on CRM and OneFile.

About You

You’ll have proven experience of providing outstanding support for team members and students and will be dedicated to student achievement and quality. It is essential that you’ll have up to date knowledge and experience of the land-based sector and apprenticeships and previous supervisory experience are desirable. Training and/or assessing experience in the Land based curriculum is desirable, and you’ll be required to hold your A1 Assessor award (or equivalent) and V1 (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards these.
