Derby College Group (DCG) are seeking an Access and Participation Manager to lead initiatives that enhance inclusivity, widen participation, and remove barriers to education. This role is based at our iconic Roundhouse Campus. This role is based at our historic Roundhouse Campus in Pride Park, Derby. The Opportunity
In this role, you will develop and implement EDI strategies to support underrepresented and disadvantaged students, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to thrive. You will ensure policies, practices, and culture promote fairness and belonging for all students and employees. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive engagement, monitor impact, and champion best practices in access and participation and celebrate diversity!

About you
You will have excellent knowledge of Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and legislation and have strong interpersonal and communication skills, at all levels. You will have a strong ability to collaborate with, and influence, a range of internal and external stakeholders.
