Derby College Group (DCG) are looking for a Personal Development Trainer to join our Student Experience and Pastoral team. This role is based at our iconic Roundhouse campus with travel to our other amazing campuses when necessary. About you
You are a committed with experience in delivering PSHE, life skills, and Prevent topics in FE and alternative education. You will be skilled in supporting Level 1 students, effectively embedding safeguarding frameworks and British Values into sessions. Holding a Level 3 teaching qualification and Level 2 vocational and core subject credentials, you excel in meeting tight deadlines while focusing on continuous improvement.
