The Learning Support Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering inclusive, high-quality support for students with diverse learning needs. You will oversee Learning Support Team Leaders and EHCP Coordinators, ensuring effective use of resources to help students achieve their potential—particularly those with EHCPs or High Needs Funding. This role is key to creating a supportive learning environment and includes deputising for the Head of SEND and Learning Support.
This role will be based across each of our main sites (The Roundhouse, Broomfield Hall and The Joseph Wright Centre).

You will also deputise for the Head of SEND and Learning Support when needed.

About You
We are looking for a strong, emotionally intelligent leader with proven experience in SEND and Learning Support. You will have the ability to lead in demanding environments, make informed decisions, and drive team performance.
The successful candidate will have a quality and in depth understanding of EHCPs, SEND Legislation and relevant statutory guidelines, e.g. SEND Code of Practice. You will have a proven record of developing positive and meaningful relationships with external stakeholders, such as the Local Authority, and experience of being an advocate for SEND and students with high needs.
You should hold a management, leadership or coaching qualification with a teaching and SEND specific qualification
