Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for a Sessional Curriculum Support Assistant in Equine to effectively manage resources at weekends and holidays. Taking on sole responsibility of the yard.

This hands-on role involves weekend and holiday yard management, mentoring learners to become industry-ready, and ensuring the welfare of our horses. About You
You’re an experienced and organised equine professional with strong communication and customer service skills. Confident working independently, you bring a flexible approach and a passion for supporting student learning. With a solid understanding of horse care, health and safety, and yard operations, you’re standards-driven and proactive. Holding relevant qualifications including BHS Stage 1 and Level 2s in Maths and English, you're ready to make a positive impact.
