Domino's Shift Runner - Fleet

Role Overview:
As a Shift Runner at Domino's Fleet, you will play a key role in managing store operations during your shifts. You will be responsible for leading the team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of store performance. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support your team in achieving performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of drivers, pizza makers, and in-store staff. Ensure everyone is working efficiently and upholding Domino's standards of service.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
• Store Operations: Manage the daily operations of the store during your shift, including stock control, food safety, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
• Training & Development: Support in training new staff, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their performance.
• Shift Management: Organize and allocate tasks effectively during peak hours. Ensure smooth operations while managing shifts to maintain optimum staffing levels.
• Cash Handling: Assist with cash register operations, opening/closing of the till, and managing financial transactions.
• Quality Control: Ensure all food and product standards are maintained at all times. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
• Delivery Management: Oversee deliveries and ensure that orders are packed, dispatched, and delivered promptly.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a supervisory role in retail or foodservice.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• A passion for pizza and customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety practices is preferred.
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
