What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee operations at multiple Domino’s Pizza stores, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
• Develop and mentor store managers to build strong, high-performing teams.
• Monitor and enhance store KPIs, including delivery times, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Drive local marketing initiatives and contribute to sales growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Domino’s operational guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+Proven experience in multi-site or senior store management, ideally within Domino’s Pizza or the QSR industry.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage diverse teams across several locations.
• A data-driven approach to analysing performance metrics and implementing improvements.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for upholding Domino’s high standards.
• Flexibility to travel across the Liverpool region to oversee operations.
