What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and motivating the team during your shift
• Ensuring Domino’s service and brand standards are met
• Managing staff performance, training, and development
• Overseeing cash handling, card payments, and instore systems
• Managing stock, deliveries, and inventory
• Maintaining health & safety, security, and emergency procedures
• Supporting the team in all areas, from front of house to kitchen

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment, ideally at manager or assistant manager level
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Desire to grow your career within Domino’s
