Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Lead, motivate, and train your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Take charge of stock control, inventory management, and store ordering systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and health standards, including HACCP regulations.
  • Recruit and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
  • Respond to customer feedback, using it to improve service and store performance.
  • Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets, ensuring profitability.
  • Implement marketing strategies and promote upselling to maximize sales.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to Domino’s UK standards and policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant, QSR, or hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with food and maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
