What You'll Do

  • New Business Champion:  You'll use various channels like cold calling, networking, events, and social media to find potential customers. Understanding their needs is key, so you can show how our solutions address their challenges and build long-term partnerships.
  • Account Management Ace: Cultivate strong relationships with your clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations. Anticipate their needs, suggest solutions, and build trust. You'll also be a pro at cross-selling and up-selling our offerings to organically grow your accounts.
  • Sales Strategist: Craft and implement winning sales plans to achieve ambitious goals. Stay on top of market trends and the competition to identify opportunities. Create sales forecasts and map out the steps to success, focusing on both new customer acquisition and keeping existing ones happy.
  • Product Guru: Become an expert in our products and services. With an in-depth understanding of features, benefits, and applications, you'll confidently advise clients, solve their problems, and close deals.
  • Negotiation : Use your negotiation skills to secure contracts, pricing agreements, and terms that satisfy both clients and our company. You'll be instrumental in closing deals, maximizing profitability, and keeping clients smiling.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track and report on your sales activities to monitor performance and make informed decisions. You'll maintain accurate records in our CRM, analyze data to forecast sales, identify growth opportunities, and develop winning sales strategies.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills
  • A knack for negotiation and resolving issues effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Top-notch selling, communication, and negotiation skills
