Role Specification

Role Objective:

To ensure submissions and reconciliation are performed accurately and on time.

This is a unique and busy role needing an eye for detail.

Summary of Role Responsibilities:

  • Electronic invoice matching for each entity
  • Inter-company payment cleardowns
  • Inter-company nominal reconciliations
  • Inter-company balance sheet reconciliations
  • Customs declaration submissions on to the Trader Support Service for 2 entities
  • Customs declaration duty waiver
  • Plastic Packaging Tax Returns
  • Leased vehicles for corporation tax purposes
  • Corporation Tax analysis
  • Assist with UK and Irish VAT reporting
  • Assist with postponed VAT reporting
  • New product VAT code confirmation
  • Assist with year end audit requests
  • Assist with Tax Advisor requests
  • Adhoc requests

Person Specification

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience on Excel
  • Educated to GCSE Level
  • Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
