VOW Wholesale are recruiting for a New Business Telesales Executive to join our growing and successful New Reseller Channel. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and tenacious individual to embark on an exciting career at VOW with excellent progression opportunities.

About the role

As a New Business Telesales Agent you will be proactively calling new prospects with the objective of selling VOW’s value proposition – heavily focused on facilities supplies (janitorial & cleaning) but the freedom to sell any other category across our product portfolio of 20k skus. You will:

  • Articulate our value proposition, key features and benefits of VOW whilst making outbound sales calls to an assigned prospect pool.
  • Effectively negotiate win/win scenarios benefiting all parties.
  • Put the client first, providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Ensuring achievement of agreed sales, gross profit and gross margin % targets.
  • Demonstrate strong business development by building client relationships and sell additional products and ranges as a result.
  • Achieve or exceed all assigned KPI measures
  • Achieve quota within 3 months consistently hitting monthly targets
  • Accurately maintain internal CRM database to enable specific targeting of the right customer at the right time.

Skills we’d love you to have:

  • Previous sales or related experience with consistent success is desirable.
  • A strong track record of working to targets and exceeding goals set by others
  • Ambition to succeed in the role and overachieve month on month.
  • Demonstrated resiliency and ability to handle and overcome objections when challenged; both recognising and identifying the opportunity in difficult situations.
  • A growth mindset with some super transferable skills which will help us to build a platform for success.
  • The ability to work in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to navigate numerous systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), web browsers and other relevant computer applications simultaneously whilst advising customers in a fast-paced environment.
