We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team in Newbridge. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team who delivers a great customer experience whilst meeting sales and service objectives at a high level. Excellent written communication skills and professional telephone manner are essential. 



  • Delivering the day-to-day customer experience to a range of contracted and non-contracted business accounts.
  • Helping always deliver the highest levels of customer service to all customers.
  • Meeting specified sales and service objectives set by the business.
  • Advising and promoting the products and services that the Banner business can offer to customers.
  • Meeting and upholding all the values of the Banner business
  • ‘Challenging the norm’ and add ideas and initiatives to our business



  • GCSE Mathematics & English language Grade B or above (or equivalent qualifications)
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Full UK work permit if not a UK/EU citizen
  • Minimum two years customer experience delivery via Telephone or Online.
  • An excellent phone manner and a professional persona.
  • The ability to meet and exceed set expectations and reach the highest levels of customer service.
  • Competent IT skills with an ability to work at pace with accuracy on a keyboard
