Job Title:  Telesales Account Manager

Location:   Bradford

Line Manager:  Sales Director- Spectrum

This is a full time, permanent position.

Summary of role:

We are looking for a well-spoken Telesales Account Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business and developing an existing Account Base. You will be required to deliver a high level of service to all customers whilst supporting customers and maximising sales at every opportunity.

 

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Initiating Sales with existing and new customers over the telephone.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and build good customer relationships.
  • Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Identify opportunity to introduce new products to customers from our extensive range of over 20,000 items.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products and product innovations.
  • Answering customers questions and providing pricing and product information.
  • Meeting and exceeding Business KPI’s and Sales Targets.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel g. MD, Owner, and Buyer.
  • Actively communicating and reinforcing Banner Visions and Values
