Contract Type: Part Time Permanent
EVO Group have a great opportunity for a part-time Cash Collector to join their Sheffield Head Office Contract and Framework team. Working 22.5 hours a week, across a minimum of 4 days, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of an aged debt ledger to ensure that ageing is kept to a minimum and payments are made to terms by customers, therefore maximising company cash flow. The specific working days and hours will be discussed and agreed to suit both parties
They will be able to engage on a daily basis with customers, and required to be persistent, assertive but not aggressive to ensure payments are made to terms as well as working pro-actively and on own initiative prioritising cash collection activities for greatest effect and clearly demonstrating an understanding of their ledger at a customer level.
This role requires an individual who is comfortable with high volume work, with strong relationship building skills and proven organisational and prioritisation capabilities, Able to take ownership of their workload and make the required decisions to see stubborn balances resolved.
