Job Description – Account Executive



Division: Banner


Reports To: Sales Office Manager     


Based: Office Based                  



Role Objective: To offer unrivalled service and advice to our customers.


Summary of Role Responsibilities:

  • Problem solve and advise customers on the progress of their service.

Person Specification


  • GCSE Mathematics & English language Grade B or above (or equivalent qualifications)
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Permitted to work in the UK Full Time
  • Minimum one years customer experience delivery via Telephone or Online.
  • An excellent phone manner and a professional persona.
  • Experience dealing with customers regarding goods or services
  • The ability to meet and exceed set expectations and reach the highest levels of customer service.
  • Competent IT skills with an ability to work at pace with accuracy on a keyboard
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • A bright positive ‘can do’ mindset
  • The ability to use initiative and be self-disciplined
  • The ability to work 8.45 – 5.30 Monday to Friday at our Office



  • Previous experience in the office supplies or similar industry would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working to financial and activity driven key performance indicators
