We're seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be directly impacting our customers' success by installing and maintaining their IT equipment, ensuring their operations run seamlessly.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Become a customer champion: Travel to various client sites, replacing and swapping out retail IT devices, all while providing exceptional service and building positive relationships.
  • Tech hero: Leverage your expertise in Canon, HP, Lexmark, UTAX, and Toshiba devices to tackle any technical challenge with confidence.
  • Team player: Collaborate with colleagues in the field and at head office to ensure quality standards are always met.

 The work is based on the customers sites and involves driving to various sites daily to perform the replacement and swap out of customer IT devices. The work is scheduled for 5 days in any 7 and will involve working alternate weekends, but gives you a happy work life balance! 

Typically calls will be scheduled in office hours. 
A clean driving licence is essential for this role as it does require significant driving.
