Data Administrator - Product Integrity Editor

An opportunity has arisen for a Product Integrity Editor to join the Product Data Team. This role will be based between home and the Normanton office and will reporting to the Product Integrity Team Leader. The successful candidate will assist in the sourcing, organisation and input of a vast range of product information including products for the Staples company website. They will be a natural communicator and have a good eye for detail and accuracy.


  • Taking ownership and accountability for the collection of product data for a specified product area.
  • Fully engaging with Merchandising to manage the development and lifecycle management of all Evo Group Products and product data including for Staples.
  • Developing an open and flexible dialogue with multiple areas of the business (Product Management, Studio)
  • Amending and editing data on ERP & PIM systems
  • Manually collecting and manipulating data to meet standard requirements as necessary
  • Profiling and maintaining the data integrity of the product data set
  • Understanding the value of data within the business and downstream systems


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
  • Understanding the Office products market is desirable
  • An organised, approachable, self-motivated and a flexible team player
  • Diligence, with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • A “can do” attitude and a problem solver
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
