Product Integrity Editor

An opportunity has arisen for an ERP Data Editor to join the Product Data Team. This role will be based between home and the Normanton office and will reporting to the Product Integrity Team Leader. The successful candidate will assist in the sourcing, organisation and input of a vast range of product information. They will be a natural communicator and have a good eye for detail and accuracy.


  • Taking ownership and accountability for the collection of product data for a specified product area.
  • Fully engaging with Merchandising to manage the development and lifecycle management of all Evo Group Products and product data.
  • Developing an open and flexible dialogue with multiple areas of the business (Product Management, Studio)
  • Developing strong working relationships with suppliers to manage sourcing and control of all their product content (clear technical descriptions, product data, digital media, COSHH sheets, manuals, etc.)
  • Amending and editing data on ERP & PIM systems
  • Manually collecting and manipulating data to meet standard requirements as necessary
  • Assisting in the creation of templates and data imports
  • Creating data exports for the business
  • Profiling and maintaining the data integrity of the product data set
  • Understanding the value of data within the business and downstream systems



  • Experience of Data Management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Kerridge, JBA, PIM & DAM) is desirable
  • Understanding the Office products market is desirable
  • An organised, approachable, self-motivated and a flexible team player
  • Diligence, with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • A “can do” attitude and a problem solver
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent external and internal relationship skills
  • Knowledge of data manipulation is highly desirable
  • An understanding of publishing requirements and content needs is ideal
