Function: Sales Support and Administration

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The internal sales executive will maintain and expand relationships with a designated group of mid-market customers. You will be responsible for maximising sales and achieving sales and profit targets. Focusing on growth within assigned accounts. You will also be responsible for achieving inbound and outbound SLA targets.
Through pro-active telesales calls the internal sales executive will ensure assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met. Our systems and processes support your customer calls and enable you to plan effectively.
