Internal Sales Executive- Bradford


The internal sales executive will maintain and expand relationships with a designated group of mid-market customers. You will be responsible for maximising sales and achieving sales and profit targets. Focusing on growth within assigned accounts. You will also be responsible for achieving inbound and outbound SLA targets.


Through pro-active telesales calls the internal sales executive will ensure assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met. Our systems and processes support your customer calls and enable you to plan effectively.


Summary of Role Responsibilities:

  • Inbound/Outbound call responsibility
  • Achieve realistic KPI targets
  • Growth of Sales and GP spend within account base
  • Reply to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction



  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different levels of personnel.
  • Strong influencer, with proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident telephone manner


Skills, Knowledge and qualities required for this role:

  • Strong negotiation and questioning skills
  • Specific sales and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently whilst contributing to a wider team effort
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Background of a minimum 2 years working in a customer service focused environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • The ability to multitask, agree prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience in selling office supplies a definite advantage
