Internal Account Manager

We are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join our team at Banner, a leading provider of business supplies and services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, developing strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Create sales proposals and presentations
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Manage and forecast customer accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales
  • A strong understanding of customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A target-driven and results-oriented approach
