About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Services Team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the contact centre team and be heavily involved in providing the primary repairs and maintenance services to Habinteg tenants, where accurate timely and quality diagnosis of repairs play a key role in managing the maintenance contractors. You will engage on a daily basis with your colleagues across Habinteg, customers and stakeholders to ensure that high performance is maintained. Whilst this role is based in our Bradford office, travel to our other offices may be required at times.

About You

You will be an experienced contact centre supervisor or similar role and have extensive experience within the housing sector delivering a repairs and maintenance service. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate an understanding and commitment to Habinteg’s inclusive housing mission.

You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt your approach to different circumstances and challenges the varied role demands. You should be experienced in working within a performance driven environment and using data to drive performance improvements.

Computer literacy is a requirement together with strong written and verbal communication skills, when dealing with contractors and customers alike.
