About the Role:
As a Graduate Intern Project Officer, you’ll play a key role in enhancing student career readiness and graduate success. An exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or a graduate coming to the end of their studies to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and employability initiatives.
- Support the planning and delivery of strategic projects, employer engagement activities, and curriculum-embedded initiatives
- Collaborate with academic staff, careers professionals, and industry partners to create impactful experiences for students
- You’ll develop your own professional and transferable skills in a supportive environment
- Opportunities to network with academic teams and industry partners, giving you valuable insight into the higher education and employability sectors
- Access to professional development activities and mentoring from experienced careers professionals
About You:
- Organised and confident using Microsoft Office
- Thrive in a collaborative team setting and can manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
- Passionate about supporting student success and have an interest in careers and employability
- Experience in volunteering, mentoring, or creating engaging content for social media is a bonus, as is confidence in presenting or facilitating activities
- You are approachable, student-focused, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic role
