Fixed Term for 6 months  

 

About the Role

  • Entering employee amendments including starters, leavers, bank detail changes, personal data, ad hoc payments/deductions, tax record amendments etc. on the payroll system
  • Regular data validation to ensure accuracy of records
  • Administration of Teachers’ Pension Scheme and the local government pension scheme. This includes producing accurate and timely returns each month.
  • Assist with outside bodies such as HMRC to ensure compliance at all times

  • The ability to communicate confidently and effectively
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload
  • Advanced Excel skills and statistical analysis
  • Good attention to detail, analytical acumen, and business process knowledge
