About the Role

The role is likely to include:

  • Responding to general enquiries and directing requests to the appropriate team member
  • Helping to log and update maintenance requests and job records
  • Updating spreadsheets, databases and electronic records
  • Supporting filing, data entry, document preparation and correspondence
  • Helping to coordinate appointments, contractor visits and meetings
  • Assisting with purchase orders, invoices and other administrative documentation
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and following up on outstanding information
  • Providing general administrative support across the Estates team

 

About You 

We would be interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Are organised, reliable and able to manage different tasks
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Pay close attention to detail and can maintain accurate records
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Have a positive, helpful and adaptable approach
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality
