About the Role

  • Be the first point of contact for a wide range of estates enquiries, helping to keep Hartpury’s campus operating effectively for students, staff and visitors
  • Play a key role in coordinating requests, tracking activities and supporting the delivery of essential Estates services across Hartpury
  • Support the smooth running of the Estates, Sustainability and Environment department through a varied mix of customer service, administration and operational coordination
  • Work closely with wider departments and external contractors to ensure maintenance and service requests are managed efficiently
  • Help maintain important systems, records and databases that support the effective management of the campus estate
  • Contribute to the delivery of a responsive, professional and customer focused service that supports an outstanding campus experience
  • Produce and monitor service information and performance data to support continuous improvement across the department

 

About You 

  • An organised administrator who enjoys working in a varied environment
  • A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional approach
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to build effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders at all levels
  • Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage information and maintain records
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative and enjoys finding practical solutions
  • Experienced in delivering high quality administrative support and maintaining organised processes
