About the role

Are you passionate about education and connecting with young people? As our Outreach Officer (Student Recruitment), you’ll play a key role in inspiring future students by co-ordinating and delivering engaging recruitment events across the UK.

  • Organising dynamic school workshops, on-campus taster days, and tailored careers adviser events, all designed to help bring Hartpury to life for prospective students and their influencers
  • You will manage a busy calendar of activity, developing creative resources and building strong relationships with school and colleges
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact on student recruitment as part of an award-winning team
  • Evening and weekend work, along with UK Travel form part of this role

 

About you

  • You’re an organised and confident communicator with a flair for presenting and a passion for working with young people
  • May have experience in outreach, education, events, or marketing, and ready to hit the ground running
  • Bring creativity, energy and a “can-do” approach to everything you do
  • Comfortable with a bit of travel and flexibility
  • A full driving licence is essential
