About the Role
- You will be expected to deliver exceptional teaching on our BTEC Level 3 UPS programmes which will assist students to achieve excellent results. There may be the possibility of delivering on some other BTEC Sport and Outdoor Activities courses.
- As a personal tutor, you will advise and guide individuals in their progress, success and career aspirations.
- Inspiring students to appreciate and enjoy all aspects of the relevant industries, you will instil in them a passion for the subject and a desire to develop their understanding
About You
- Hold a teaching qualification or have a willingness to complete one.
- Possess a degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area.
- Be able to demonstrate experience of delivering on the new Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) Level 3 BTEC in UPS within the FE sector would be advantageous
- It is desirable that applicants hold relevant National Governing Body Awards in land-based activities. These are to include Walking (Mountain Leaders Summer Award), Climbing (Climbing Wall Instructor Award) and hold a valid First Aid qualification.
