Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that care worker visits reflect Hartwig Care’s commitment to continuity and flexibility.
  • Ensure all visits take place on time and are assigned to the most suitable care workers according to clients’ needs.
  • Provide care workers with all necessary and up‑to‑date information regarding client visits and company policies.
  • Receive and record information from care workers—verbally and in writing—within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate care worker review meetings and team meetings, ensuring they take place as scheduled.
  • Cross‑check actual visits against planned schedules to ensure accuracy.
  • Support improvements in service monitoring, quality assurance, and client safety.
  • Assist Care Managers in sharing daily updates, visit changes, and key information with care staff.
  • Answer phone calls and text messages, take messages, and redirect communications appropriately.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Previous experience in care coordination or care services is desirable.
