Quality Assurance Business Partner - Compliance

We have over 150 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for a Quality Assurance Business Partner in the North.

This role involves driving the quality agenda across the business, ensuring the requirements of our regulators are met and providing support to the teams to ensure continuous improvement in both quality and compliance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure an annual audit schedule is planned and managed to demonstrate oversite and governance across the region.
  • Provide expert support, guidance and direction on quality and compliance matters in relation to regulations.
  • Meet with the RCD monthly to give an overview of their region with a set agenda.
  • Use intelligence received from audits, branch visits, analytics and recent events to highlight risk and ensure this is escalated appropriately to ACM/RCD,
  • Create action plan for branches not performing in line with regulations or compliance.
  • Lead, Manage and guide the QAAs.
  • Carry out regular monthly 1:1 meetings and appraisals with all direct reports.
  • To check and oversee the process of reviewing information sent externally for the purpose of inspections, concerns, responses, PIR etc.
  • Responsible for implementing the quarterly regional training plan, coaching and mentoring sessions

About You

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have experience of working in a senior QA role in the home care sector with a detailed understanding of Relevant regulations. You will have Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care management. It is desirable if you have a diploma in Quality Assurance or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor equivalent. It is important that you have experience in writing policies and procedures and be flexible for the needs of the business.
