Role Purpose

We are seeking a talented and commercially minded Corporate Tax adviser to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

You will work closely with our Corporate, Private Client and Real Estate teams, advising on a wide range of tax matters including corporate transactions, restructuring, property deals, and employee incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses.
  • Provide expert tax advice on corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, and reorganisations.
  • Support clients with employee share schemes and incentive arrangements.
  • Advise on property-related tax issues including SDLT, VAT, and capital allowances.
  • Liaise with HMRC and other professional advisors as needed.

Technical Knowledge

  • Proficient user of core business and legal systems (essential). (A/I)
