Role Purpose

This role is ideal for a developer who has hands‑on experience and is ready to take greater ownership of systems and solutions. You will play a critical role in scoping and delivering solutions work across Power Platform and VisualFiles, supporting the development, automation, and integration of our case management and business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Design, customise, and support VisualFiles case management workflows, templates, scripts, and data structures.
  • Automate legal and business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Build and maintain integrations between VisualFiles, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and third‑party systems using APIs.
  • Develop, enhance, and support .NET applications, modules, and extensions related to case management solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Power Platform, VisualFiles, and .NET environments.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation and perform thorough testing to ensure solution quality and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and IT colleagues to gather requirements and deliver compliant, business‑focused solutions

Technical Knowledge

Essential Technical Knowledge

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power BI beneficial)
  • Working knowledge of SQL / relational databases, including writing queries and understanding data structures/performance
  • Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, Dataverse and third-party platforms
  • .NET / C# or similar object-oriented development background
  • Understanding of SDLC, version control and testing practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot across Power Platform, database and integration layers

Desirable Technical Knowledge

  • Experience with VisualFiles (workflow design, scripting, task server processes, template and data structure configuration)
  • Familiarity with Intapp or similar workflow/intake systems (highly desirable)
