About the Role

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care services by:

  • Coordinating care schedules and staff rotas
  • Matching carers to clients based on needs and preferences
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance requirements
  • Liaising with clients, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals
  • Responding to changes in care requirements and operational needs
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of care staff
  • Ensuring high standards of care and customer service are maintained

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or care management role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Good IT skills and experience using rota or care management systems
  • A positive, flexible, and team-focused approach
  • Knowledge of the care sector and CQC requirements is desirable
