 About the Role

As a Rapid Responder, you’ll be a key problem-solver and frontline support for our care services—stepping in at short notice to ensure our clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role suited to someone who is flexible, confident, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Providing urgent and emergency care cover for domiciliary care calls
  • Supporting service users with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
  • Responding to last-minute staffing gaps or welfare concerns
  • Ensuring care plans are followed and high standards are maintained
  • Communicating effectively with the care team, office staff, and families
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Flexibility to work across varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A proactive, calm approach under pressure
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care

About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily living needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You will lead by example, support care staff, and help ensure that exceptional standards of care are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
  • Support residents with personal care, medication, mobility, and daily activities.
  • Lead and mentor Care Assistants during shifts.
