We are looking for people who have a kind, friendly caring nature, who may want a change of career and flexible shifts.

 You don’t need qualifications or experience; we offer a thorough 4-day induction programme to prepare you in your new exciting role.

What to expect

You will be visiting clients in the Winsford and Northwich area in their own home.

You will be meeting several clients each day, so you need to be a great communicator and even better listener, as our clients love to tell great stories.

As a driver you will also receive a pay enhancement to help with those additional costs.

You will be providing personal care and assisting with personal hygiene and dressing to get them ready for the day ahead.

 We don’t need you to be a Michelin Starred chef, however basic cooking skills, such as boiling an egg, making sandwiches and using the microwave is essential.

 Our clients have a range of ailments that they need support with, so our Support Workers need to be patient and have compassion.

 

We have a variety of shifts available, including morning shifts, full days and afternoons. We also have evening shifts 6.30pm – 11.15pm which attract an enhanced pay rate.

If you let us know your availability, we’ll see what we can do.

We provide support to our clients 7 days a week, so alternate weekend working is something we require.

The successful candidate will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be responsible for providing short term care to help get customers back on their feet on their return home from Hospital. It helps customers to rebuild their confidence in day-to-day tasks and allows them to return to a normal independent life.

A smile is essential that will make each Service User’s face light up when they welcome you at the door and a good ear to listen to some fascinating life stories

As a driver you will also receive a pay enhancement to help with those additional costs.

You will be providing personal care and assisting with personal hygiene and dressing to get them ready for the day ahead.

As each day is varied, you’ll need to think on your feet, as you fill in for the regular teams, delivering the same high standard of care.

You don’t have to be an excellent cook but being able to make a good cuppa is essential.

We have a variety of shifts available, including morning shifts, full days and afternoons & evenings.
