Joining the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier, you will work alongside industry experts where you will build experience and skills that will help you thrive in your early career.

As a Marketing Placement, you will join us for 12 months, receive a £26,000 salary, and work onsite 5 days a week. About the Placement:

Our fast-paced Marketing department is the heart of our Brand, Campaigns, Content and Events.  You will have the opportunity to learn and apply your current skills and knowledge plus: 

• Get hands‑on experience supporting real marketing campaigns from brief to launch
• Create engaging content across brand, digital and campaign channels
• Be involved in day‑to‑day marketing activity within a fast‑paced, FTSE 100 organisation
• Work on live projects that have real impact on the business
• Build confidence in project management, communication and commercial thinking
• Gain exposure to agency relationships, content development, procurement and campaign performance
• Learn from and collaborate with specialists across Marketing, Digital, Category, Design and Comms & Events
• Develop practical skills in a large, multi‑channel marketing environment that will set you up for your future career

Am I eligible for this programme?

• Our placement programmes are for university students currently studying towards an undergraduate degree ideally Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital, or related field, who are seeking a 12-month sandwich placement before their final year of study.
• You must have the right to work in the UK.
• You must be able to undertake your placement between Aug/ Sept 2026 -August 2027.
• Have a genuine interest in Marketing for example in Brand, Content, Social Media etc..
• Be a confident communicator and be able to work well within a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and accuracy in written work.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, keen to learn and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
• The role is based is Raunds, Northamptonshire you must live within 75 minutes of us. 
• Some travel will be expected therefore a Driving License is required
• Interest in branding, customer engagement and multi‑channel marketing
