Howdens Joinery, the UK’s number one Trade Kitchen Supplier, is seeking to hire a People and Productivity Analyst to lead on evaluating depot performance, optimising resource allocation and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and sales growth. This includes collecting and analysing workforce data, setting and monitoring productivity metrics, and providing actionable insights to support depots to grow sales. You will partner with HR, the Trade Leadership team and Trade Support teams to drive data-driven decisions that improve employee performance, engagement, and overall depot productivity. Based in our Raunds, Northamptonshire office four days a week and one day working from home.
Reporting to the HR Director for Trade, this is a great opportunity to influence and steer the next phase of digital in a FTSE 100, decentralised business. You will bring your commercial experience to simplify our user journeys, drive continual growth in traffic and work in partnership with your cross functional stakeholders to drive performance.
